Born from a passion for perfecting flavours, Joey’s Doughies started in 2021 when Joe kept force-feeding Brian donuts—eventually leading to years of recipe testing. Their relentless experimentation has resulted in a rotating selection of donut flavours, alongside specialty drinks like biscoff shakes, matcha creations, and an innovative menu of indulgent treats.

Joey’s Doughies is built on a deep-rooted hospitality background - Brian’s family has been shaping Melbourne’s café culture for decades, whilst Joe's family has been the go-to for all things cakes and desserts in the Western suburbs. This expertise extends to their QV store, where quality, creativity, and a little bit of chaos define the experience. In addition to their donut line-up, Joey's menu includes jaffles priced at $10 (or less), specialty coffee, barista-made specialty drinks, and an array of seasonal offerings.
