Is QV Melbourne wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The precinct can be accessed by wheelchair via the car park or from Lonsdale, Little Lonsdale, Swanston and Russell streets. Lifts are located within the multi-deck car park which allows access to each level of the precinct. Accessible amenities are located in the QV Food Hall next to the lifts and opposite Bread Top on Level 1.
Are wheelchairs available to hire at QV Melbourne?

Where are the toilets located at QV Melbourne?
Toilets are located in the QV Food Hall on Level 1, next to the lifts and escalators, opposite Bread Top. You can view a centre map here.
Does QV Melbourne have a Parent’s Room?
Yes. The Parent’s Room is located opposite Bread Top, next to the lifts and escalators in the QV Food Hall on Level 1. The Parent’s Room is equipped with a microwave, changing tables, a private feeding room and toilets, including a children’s toilet.
Is there a concierge or information desk at QV Melbourne?
Yes. You can find the Concierge Desk in the QV Food Hall on Level 1, opposite Souperman. The Concierge Desk is staffed daily from 10am. For full concierge hours, please refer to hours stated in the Visitor Services landing page.
