Growing up with traditional home-made dishes cooked by the founder’s beloved dad, they have brought that unique taste along with their maturing journey.
Through their own food experience, the founders learned to combine traditional flavors with local culinary style to create a fusion that best suits Aussie taste.
The restaurant is named “Old Man Pho”, reminiscent of the founder’s father and the endless inspiration he brought to the table.
